Can I upload my own photo or design?
Yes. That is the whole point. Upload a photo, finished artwork or plain text, position it on the garment, and preview exactly what we will print before you pay. Higher resolution files give the crispest result.
What is the print quality like?
Retail grade. We print DTF on our own combed cotton blanks, the same garments Australian brands buy from us wholesale, and our prints are tested past 30 washes. If you have seen ThreadLab blanks in a shop, that is the quality your design lands on.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Print one tee or a thousand. Volume discounts kick in automatically from just 2 units and keep climbing as your order grows.
How fast will I get my order?
Every order is printed in our Melbourne studio and dispatched within days, not weeks. Express shipping is available at checkout if you are up against a deadline.
I want the same design in multiple sizes. How do I do that?
Create your design once, then add it to your cart in each size you need. Volume discounts apply automatically in cart, so mixed-size orders still earn bulk pricing.
Will anyone check my file before it prints?
Yes. Every file is reviewed by our Melbourne print team before it goes to press. If something will not print well, we contact you before printing, not after.
What about returns on custom items?
Custom items are made to order just for you, so change-of-mind returns do not apply. If there is a fault with the print or the garment, contact us and we will make it right.
I need a big run, team names, or something unusual. Can you help?
